Our client is looking for a Territorial Sales Manager to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. The individual will focus on helping the company growth, create more visibility, and penetration targets. The professional main responsibilities will be: Develops sales building programs to achieve regional sales goals, including training and motivation of sales teams and helps maintain and service Key Accounts. Makes visits to retailers to ensure sales, pop planograms, product portfolio mix, and recruitment plans are being carried out in a consistent, professional, and customer-focused manner with a high degree of customer service Coordinates and supports Recruiting, Sales, and Support Staff within assigned sales territory as needed. Develops accurate sales forecasts and regional business development plan as a roadmap and manages the execution of business/ marketing plans and penetration of new channels. Executes strategic initiatives aimed at increasing retailer same-stores sales, while simultaneously maintaining overall responsibility for leading and coordinating activities aimed at successfully improving visibility, penetration, sales, and distribution KPIs within stipulated timeframes. Education, Experience, and Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales/ Marketing or related field Sales Programs (leading sales team, supervisor, retail management) Minimum of five years’ experience in sales and supervision role managing sales teams, in CPG companies with a focus on traditional trade channels and good knowledge of distribution, their region, and customers. Advanced to fluent English.
