Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to join our endpoint management team in maintaining and securing 600+ corporate devices across our global organization.
This remote position requires a technical expert with a strong focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks.
You will report to the Manager of Endpoint Engineers and work alongside a team of 4 engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, patch, and ensure compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOneDevelop and implement automation scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeTroubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal escalationExecute patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devicesImplement endpoint security policies and procedures as defined by managementMonitor endpoint health metrics and proactively identify areas for improvementCreate and maintain technical documentation for endpoint configurations and processesCollaborate with security and IT teams on endpoint protection initiativesParticipate in incident response for endpoint-related security eventsAssist in vendor evaluations and provide technical input for solution selectionMentor junior team members and share technical knowledgeParticipate in on-call rotation for critical endpoint issuesRequired Skills & Qualifications3-5 years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environmentsAdvanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automationSolid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration managementExperience with security compliance requirements (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to read and speak fluently in EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience in cybersecurity or identity governance industriesCertifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or similarExperience with zero-trust security models and endpoint detection and response (EDR) toolsKnowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelinesExperience implementing self-service IT solutionsFamiliarity with cloud-based device management strategiesWork EnvironmentMust be available for occasional meetings across global time zonesOn-call rotation participation required for critical issues
