Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow’s clean and connected car.Main Missions:Provides human resources and administrative management to the organization to meet the business objectives within a fair working environmentLeads the processes, procedures and tools to attract, retain and motivate the manpower according to Corporate and BG policiesAs process owner, is accountable for the IMS process management (process review, KPIs management, procedure periodic review and update, corrective and preventive actions implementation as needed and resources provision for process realization) taking into consideration relevant requirements and its evolutionActivities:Interface with Head of Departments and Managers for devising and implementing HRpoliciesBe a partner with the business, through participation in the business planning, performance and operational reviews and other activitiesPlan and adjusts short- and long-term manpower needs according to business evolution and according Plant budgetAdvise Department Managers on organization choices and staff evolutionIdentify needs, evaluate organization/position and modify attributesCo-ordinates and is involved in every step of the managers, technicians and supervisors’ recruitment and inductionManage training plan and training costs improvement follow upFormulates and implements the remuneration, benefits and welfare policiesSource and optimize governmental subsidies on labour, environment, welfare…Liaise with corporate to conduct marked-based pay compensation comparisonEnsures consistency in the compensation and benefits policy for the whole siteAdapt reference JDs, Skills profiles… to local contextConduct assessment of learning and development needs (including soft skills, management and leadership skills, executive coaching) using POAE HR team placesDrives the competencies managementMonitors the performance reviewManages administrative cases, payroll, and the disciplinary issuesEnsures the smooth running of the industrial relationships by having a role of interface between management, employee representation and employeesDevelop and implement action plan to improve employee findings after employee surveysSupports the plant HSE in ensuring safety and improvement of the work conditions. (if applicable, otherwise only as member of management to support the HSE management)Ensures good communication processes throughout the plant to ensure issues are identified early and resolvedDeploy the internal communication policy to ensure the employees are informed properly: e.g. Information boards, newsletters…Manages HR staff by giving them objectives and by planning the needs for the departmentKeep informed about the legal evolutions on social law and constantly evaluate the actual policies within the plantManage the legal permits of foreign employeesMonitor the monthly HR related reportingMaintain good communication process and fear relationship with Union MembersCoordinate personnel development plans, to assure fluent operations having skilled and motivated personnelAs a responsible company, Plastic Omnium pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.
