The role of a Clinical Project Manager - Vaccines LATAM involves overseeing the delivery of clinical projects related to vaccines within the LATAM region. Responsibilities:
1. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to Good Practice (GxP/GEP) guidelines across regions.
2. Develop and execute clinical project plans, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
3. Manage budget forecasting, burn rate monitoring, and scope change control to ensure optimal resource allocation.
4. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and effective communication.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical project management, preferably in the vaccine industry.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GEP and RA/MOH regulations.
* Ability to interpret protocols across different regions and deliver end-to-end project solutions.
