Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with experience in managing diverse teams and navigating complex organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements and align with the organization's risk appetite
* Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals to ensure effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of compliance risks
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive effective resolution of complex issues and structure potential solutions
* Establish and maintain professional relationships with regulatory bodies and represent the organization on critical regulatory matters
Qualifications:
* Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* Strong background in compliance and risk management, with experience in managing diverse teams and navigating complex organizations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
* Demonstrated ability to assess complex issues through root cause analysis and other analytical techniques
* Ability to influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level using sound judgment and successful execution
