Job Specific Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting Kofax, DSP, E2E reporting and Webstatus .net applications based on SQL Server, deployed on Windows Server IIS.
Work on incidents, requests, and problem tickets.
Manage production deployments.
Manage major incidents.
Monitor jobs and remediate any failures.
Communicate and coordinate issue status effectively with users.
Responsible for developing scalable and high-performing components.
Should be a good team player.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Timely software delivery as per set standards.
Perform unit and integration testing.
Communicate changes to documentation and QA teams.
Experience in Agile development methodology and Scrum.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan.
Qualifications
Competencies
5 to 7 years of software experience, with a minimum of 4 years in .Net and SQL
Must have experience in:
ASP.NET using C#, .NET Fx 4.0/3.5, JavaScript, MVC 4, WCF, Web Services, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript.
Extensive experience with Windows 10, Server 2016/2022, SQL Database, Advanced IIS and Active Directory.
Knowledge in IIS apppool management, PowerShell, webfarming (load balancing), High availability (clustering).
Analyzing IIS and Windows event logs to diagnose application, configuration, or server issues, performance monitoring.
Experience in TCP/IP and troubleshooting network issues. Network management and basic knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls.
IDE & Tools: VS 2017/2019, GIT/GITLab.
Good to Have (Optional)
VB.Net, Ext JS, XAML.
Microsoft Certified Professional (or related certification).
A+ and Network+ Certifications.
