What your new challenge will look like
- Specialists at 4flow management perform tasks in the area of freight cost management, assuring the correction and accuracy of the transportation costs, providing transparency of the freight costs towards the clients / carriers. This includes, for example, claims handling, supporting in self billing processes, FM trainings etc.
- Specialists are in close communication with another stakeholders like execution, planners, carriers, customers etc. to be able to verify the claims accordingly with general target to allocate claims' root causes and assure their decrease / elimination. Various reporting / month-end closure processes are standard part of such position.
- Specialist shall be in close touch with Senior Specialist / Coordinator.
