Be a part of the leadership of a US DevOps team for a large financial multinational company
Responsabilities
· Leading a strategic DevSecOps transformation initiative, with strong focus on the migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise
· Strong focus on the migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise, including repositories, pipelines, boards, and governance practices.
· Design and implement reusable GitHub Actions workflows for build, test, SAST, security scanning, packaging, ECR push, and deployment
· Design / maintain Terraform code for AWS infrastructure, including EKS, Lambda, IAM and Networking
· Contribute to serverless architectures using AWS Lambda together with API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and SQS.
· Use GenAI tools such as, Claude, GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate engineering andmigration activities
· Define CI/CD standards, branching strategies, pull request practices, and GitHub-based governance.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud automation, platform engineering, compliance
· 4+ years of hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, (repositories, pull requests, branchingstrategies, and migration)
· 3+ years’ experience with advanced expertise in GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline architecture
· Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for AWS infrastructure provisioning and management.
· 3+ years’ experience with with AWS services: EKS, Lambda, IAM, networking, and ECR.
· Solid experience with Azure DevOps as a migration source environment( pipelines,repositories, boards)
· Delivery experience in international or multi-region projects is required.
· Actively use GenAI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to accelerate engineering and migration activities
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering
ENGLISH – ADVANCED (Professional) or FLUENT (mandatory!!)
Preferred
· Experience with enterprise migration programs and cloud modernization
· Experience with Policy as Code, including Sentinel or OPA.
