Requirements:
* 3+ years of product ownership experience
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Software development (Web & Mobile projects)
* Business-oriented mindset suited to product management
* Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and eXtreme Programming (XP)
* Experience in project estimation and task prioritization under tight deadlines
* Proficiency in Web and Mobile technologies
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, JIRA, etc.
* Advanced English proficiency
* Availability to communicate with customers in PST/EST time zones
Responsibilities:
* Initiate new projects and implement efficient project management processes
* Identify project needs by interviewing stakeholders
* Create project and task requirements
* Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
* Manage and prioritize the project backlog
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis
* Manage project teams (Design, Development, QA)
* Contribute to improving project management processes
* Balance project scope and timeline to deliver optimal solutions
* Resolve issues and conflicts effectively
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Meet and exceed client expectations
* Onboard and train new team members
