Digital Marketing Specialist
About the Role
This is a strategic value creation role where you will act as the liaison between clients and internal teams. Your job is to ensure everything runs smoothly, aligned with client objectives, and effectively.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns: media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context.
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed.
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.
* Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Account Manager, your primary responsibilities include:

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
* A strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, and more.
* A data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
* A proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
