Job Title IT Infrastructure Lead Brazil Duration: 1 Year + Possibility of extension Full time - Onsite Role Overview We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate our small team responsible for core infrastructure operations and improvements. This role emphasizes leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. The ideal candidate will lead and guide the infrastructure team across compute, storage, and network domains, ensuring alignment with technical goals and facilitating change windows, maintenance schedules, and upgrades. They will also track and escalate risks, issues, and blockers with clear context and recommended actions. Additionally, they will maintain documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership and technical teams. Required Skills and Qualifications * Strong experience in IT infrastructure * Experience leading infrastructure initiatives in hybrid or co-managed environments * Solid understanding of servers, virtualization, storage, networking, DNS, and monitoring * Proficiency with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet * Strong communication and documentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to manage priorities across time zones and work independently Nice to Have Familiarity with ITIL, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
