About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging top talent across Europe and Latin America.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, with a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, as well as building and maintaining talent pipelines for high-demand positions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
* Source and engage candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions.
* Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
* Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
* Familiarity with technical and non-technical profiles.
* Solid sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
* Upper-Intermediate + level of English.
