Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our customer support team.

* The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and possess quick and efficient problem-solving abilities.


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and effective assistance in chats and tickets, responding to customer inquiries based on the knowledge base and training materials. Additionally, they will maintain KPI levels in accordance with department standards, stay informed about company policies, announcements, and updates, and adhere to assigned working hours and demonstrate punctuality in scheduled shifts.

* The candidate will also identify and report system errors or service disruptions to the team lead or mid/senior agents in the absence of the team lead and escalate complex customer issues to the team lead or mid/senior agents to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious. They should also be able to find an approach to all types of people and be ready to work a schedule from Monday to Friday (3 PM to 11 PM GMT+3), with Saturday and Sunday as days off.

* Previous work experience in customer support is a plus, as well as experience with Jira and Confluence.
