Notice Period: Cannot be longer than 2 weeks
Pay: 17.40/hr to 21.13/hr USD or $2,784 to $3,380 USD per month
Systems Engineer II
Must Haves:
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing core infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience with VMware vSphere and Horizon, Windows and Linux servers, and server hardware
• Strong PowerShell experience automating installs, modifying registry and files, and hardening Windows environments including Windows 11 and Server 2019 and 2022
• Experience with cloud services, SSO and MFA tools such as Okta, Microsoft Authenticator, and Duo
• Proficient in managing and troubleshooting secure Windows environments including Active Directory and Azure AD
• Experience with configuration and automation tools such as Intune and Terraform
• Strong IT operations and engineering background with solid communication and project execution skills
Day to Day:
You will assess, design, and maintain enterprise systems and infrastructure while troubleshooting issues and driving improvements. Responsibilities include automating processes with PowerShell and Terraform, managing server and application environments, supporting system upgrades and migrations, and ensuring performance and availability across IT systems. You will partner with vendors and internal teams, manage change processes, remediate vulnerabilities, and support compliance efforts while serving as an escalation point and mentoring team members.
