Role Overview:
As a seasoned Full Stack Flutter Developer, you will play a pivotal part in crafting the next-generation medical software platform for dermatology practices in the U.S.
Our product streamlines clinical documentation, coding, and workflows — with our Flutter app at its core, facilitating how doctors interact with it.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain our cross-platform Flutter app, featuring a tablet-first design and a streamlined phone experience.
* Design and optimize APIs, schemas, and services for scalability and performance, utilizing Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
* Collaborate closely with LATAM engineers and directly with data scientists who are experts in the field.
* Employ agentic coding tools and modern AI-driven workflows to accelerate development and enhance quality.
* Ship features quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
* Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, performance, and scaling.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of total coding experience, with 2+ years in Flutter/Dart.
* Proficiency with Node.js/TypeScript for back-end development.
* Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
* Strong understanding of Git workflows and Agile development.
* Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking technical English (at least medium level).
