 
        Job Opportunity: L2/L3 Support Engineer We are looking for a highly skilled Support Engineer (L2) to strengthen our global technology team. This role is critical for ensuring stability, reliability, and efficiency across systems, infrastructure, and business-critical applications.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support for systems, infrastructure, and critical applications.Troubleshoot issues related to code builds, pipelines, artifacts, and software distribution.Actively contribute to audits, change management, and incident handling.Collaborate with global teams and interface with local stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.Promote automation and best practices to increase operational efficiency.Technical RequirementsStrong experience with Linux commands and systems.Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Perl, Java, Python).Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and related tools.Familiarity with configuration and automation tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible).Strong SQL knowledge (queries, table interactions, data extraction).Understanding of DevOps dependencies – code review, builds, repositories, packages, distribution.Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with a proactive mindset.✨ If you are passionate about technology, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to grow within a global team, we would love to hear from you!
