Our trusted technology partner is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to support and optimise its HubSpot ecosystem across marketing, sales, and service operations.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Administrator to support daily HubSpot operations, maintain system efficiency, optimise workflows, and ensure the platform supports business objectives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage CRM processes, integrations, reporting, and automation while supporting cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Daily HubSpot Administration
* Maintain data quality across Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs
* Manage user permissions, onboarding, and access controls
* Perform data cleanup, duplicate management, and system maintenance
* Monitor integrations and troubleshoot connectivity issues
* Maintain pipelines, deal stages, and custom properties
* Respond to internal HubSpot-related requests via Slack
Workflow & Automation
* Create and optimise workflows for lead nurturing and sales processes
* Build and maintain email templates, sequences, and campaigns
* Configure lead scoring and qualification criteria
* Manage dashboards and custom reporting
Data Management & Strategic Support
* Ensure CRM data integrity and accurate field mapping
* Generate reports for sales, marketing, and leadership teams
* Maintain process and system documentation
* Collaborate with teams to improve processes and HubSpot usage
* Train team members on workflows and new features
* Stay updated on HubSpot best practices and functionality
Required Qualifications
* 1+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience
* Experience with HubSpot workflows, automations, and CRM management
* Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data migration
* Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices
* Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* HubSpot certifications preferred
* Experience with Zapier or similar automation tools
* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email customisation
* Previous SaaS or B2B experience is a plus
