Job Overview
The Requirements Engineer will gather, analyze and document requirements for Digital Emergency Services features in cloud backend, embedded systems, CPaaS, security, and operations.
This role involves working with a dynamic, global team to solve challenging problems and develop new digital solutions.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with large, complex, highly scalable systems
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
* 5+ years of experience in requirements engineering or related role
Knowledge of writing test cases and conducting manual testing is required. Proficiency with requirement management tools is also necessary.
Coding skills and experience with IoT and cloud applications are a plus.
