About the Role
Keeta is seeking a data-driven, growth-oriented In-App Traffic Manager to own and optimize the user journey within our app. You’ll be at the forefront of performance marketing and personalization—engineering how millions of users discover, engage, and convert daily. What You’ll Be Doing
Homepage Strategy & Optimization
Design intelligent homepage layouts and guided purchase modules that evolve with business needs. Optimize content allocation (banners, carousels, channels, campaign cards) to drive engagement and conversion. Implement real-time testing and personalization to boost the Visit-to-Purchase rate and overall operational efficiency. Partner with product, content, and design teams to craft dynamic homepage experiences backed by data insights.
Search & Recommendation Engineering
Lead strategy, daily operations, and optimization for in-app search and recommendation systems. Collaborate with algorithm and product teams to iterate on ranking, hot keywords, autocomplete, and contextual suggestions. Analyze user intent and behavior to refine traffic allocation, exposure, and recommendation strategies that maximize CTR and GMV. Develop real-time dashboards and run A/B tests to continuously elevate performance across discovery journeys.
Traffic Resource Management
Oversee dynamic allocation and weighting of all in-app traffic channels (Search, Recommendation, Jinguang, Channels, In-Outreach, etc.). Coordinate cross-departmental alignment for major campaigns and key events to ensure resource efficiency. Build contingency frameworks for unexpected traffic surges or shortages, ensuring business continuity. Partner with the algorithm team to advance personalization and traffic distribution efficiency.
Multi-Channel Conversion & Engagement
Manage omnichannel communication strategies across Push, In-App messages, Pop-ups, Inbox, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email. Develop precise frequency control, segmentation, and deduplication mechanisms to reduce fatigue and amplify synergy. Create dashboards to monitor delivery, click-through, and conversion across every channel. Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement personalized recommendations and automated engagement flows during key promotions.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of experience in internet, food delivery, e-commerce, or platform traffic operations and data analysis. Proven track record in traffic allocation, conversion optimization, and recommendation system collaboration.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and analytical tools, with hands‑on A/B testing experience. Strong data sensitivity and the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies. Solid project coordination skills, navigating multiple stakeholders and priorities seamlessly.
Bonus Points: Background in homepage or channel traffic allocation. Familiarity with algorithmic recommendation systems and real‑time optimization environments. Experience in cross‑functional campaign orchestration and large‑scale platform operations.
