Senior .NET C# / Node.js Developer
Position Objective
Work on the development and maintenance of scalable, high-performance solutions using .NET C# and Node.js, integrating systems via REST and GraphQL APIs, with a focus on modern architecture, security, and software engineering best practices.Act as a Tech Lead, guiding the team technically, ensuring best practices, architectural standards, and continuous evolution of both the team and the products.
Proficiency in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure is also expected.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications in .NET C# and Node.js.
Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular.
Create and consume REST and GraphQL APIs.
Work with relational databases (MS SQL/PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
Participate in architecture definition and technical decision-making.
Ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews.
Work in agile squads focused on continuous delivery.
Integrate legacy systems with new solutions.
Monitor and optimize application performance.
Use cloud services (AWS and Azure) for deployment, monitoring, and scalability.
Lead and mentor developers, supporting technical growth and promoting engineering excellence.
Define and maintain architectural standards and ensure technical alignment within the squad.
Facilitate technical discussions and assess technical feasibility during backlog refinement.
Collaborate with Product Owners and leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
Support incident root‑cause analysis and foster continuous improvement in observability and resilience.
Technical Requirements
Solid experience with .NET C# (Framework and Core).
Experience with Node.js and the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
Proficiency in creating and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
Familiarity with Clean Code, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
Experience with unit and integration testing.
Hands‑on experience with AWS and Azure services.
Experience designing and implementing scalable architectures (microservices, event‑driven, cloud‑native).
Strong capability for leading technical initiatives and prioritizing engineering efforts.
Ability to conduct deep technical code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Experience with observability tools (Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Application Insights).
Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, automation, and deployment pipelines.
