Job Opportunity: Junior Business Analyst – Markets / Treasury
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support Markets/Treasury initiatives, with initial exposure to financial products and a strong focus on data and process analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Support Business Analysts and senior team members in requirements gathering and documentation
Assist in the analysis of Front-to-Back processes (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office)
Support data validation and basic financial calculations
Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Python
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with business and IT teams in an Agile environment
Support testing (UAT) and documentation activities
✅ Requirements
Basic understanding of financial products ( FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives )
Initial exposure to Front-to-Back processes in banking environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of Python (academic or practical)
Basic SQL knowledge and strong Excel skills
Ability to understand and document business requirements
Experience or exposure to Agile methodologies
English level: B2 (minimum)
Education
Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
⭐ Nice to Have
Exposure to Markets/Treasury environments (internship or first experience)
Basic knowledge of financial mathematics ( NPV, discounting, accruals )
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Exposure to banking systems or data flows
Hands-on experience with Python for small projects, data analysis, or automation
