* Lead an account-based, client-first approach to demand to surround priority accounts with coordinated, high-value interactions
* Expand engagement by identifying and activating new roles and personas within target accounts
* Build and nurture buying groups, ensuring sustained, multi-threaded engagement across stakeholders
* Drive consistent, repeat interactions, with a particular focus on strengthening relationships with senior decision-makers
Demand Strategy & Growth Planning
* Define and lead demand strategies grounded in pipeline insights, whitespace opportunities, product priorities, and competitive positioning
* Translate business goals into integrated demand plans that drive both new opportunity creation and account expansion
* Align cross-functional teams (product marketing, content, digital, events, client experience) to ensure cohesive strategy and flawless execution
* Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership, connecting marketing strategy directly to growth outcomes
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
* Drive demand within priority accounts by expanding engagement, accelerating pipeline, and increasing yield rates
* Partner closely with Sales and Consulting teams to align demand programs with real-time pipeline needs and key deal progression
* Leverage advanced analytics to continuously refine targeting, engagement, and conversion strategies
* Deliver scalable, high-impact campaigns that can be replicated across markets while maintaining personalization at the account level
Innovation, experimentation mindset and AI leverage
* Experiment with and scale AI-driven capabilities to improve efficiency, personalization, and speed
* Continuously optimize channel mix based on buyer behaviour and performance insights
* Advance modern demand capabilities
* Embed a test-and-learn culture to drive continuous improvement and measurable ROI

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Demand Generation Strategy Development: Experience with designing and executing modernized demand generation strategies that deploy buyer journey narratives addressing buyer needs and wants.
* Marketing Analytics Application: Experience with applying analytics to profile, target, and retarget prospects, ensuring strategic alignment of marketing objectives across the buyer's journey.
* Integrated Marketing Execution: Experience orchestrating multi-channel demand programs that drive engagement, improve conversion, and support pipeline creation and progression.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience with using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and dynamically adapt campaigns for improved conversion rates.
* Account-Based Marketing: Experience with designing and delivering end-to-end customer experiences using account- and technology-based marketing tactics to drive growth and revenue.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
* Data Analysis Tools: Experience with data analysis tools to analyze campaign performance, track buyer behavior, and measure response rates.
* Experiment with and scale AI-driven capabilities to improve efficiency, personalization, and speed across demand generation.
