* 1–5 years' experience in content creation, consulting, research, or analysis.
* Strong logical/analytical thinking and excellent written communication skills.
* Familiarity with structured file formats (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown).
* Bonus: prior experience in case study writing or academic/business content.
