Responsibilities
Business Development and Lead Generation

* Develop and execute outreach campaigns using email, phone calls, and social media.
* Schedule and conduct virtual discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
* Act as the main point of contact for prospective clients during the sales process.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handoff and excellent client onboarding experience.
Market Representation and Brand Promotion
* Represent the firm as a trusted partner for outsourced bookkeeping and tax services.
* Participate in virtual networking events and webinars to connect with potential clients and partners.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Reporting and Administration
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role, focusing on professional services, accounting, or finance preferred.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone or video call.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* Strong ability to research and identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies.
* Remote work experience: previous success in a remote role, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and communication effectively without direct supervision.
* Comfortable leveraging digital tools such as Slack, Zoom, and marketing automation software to optimize sales efforts.
* CRM proficiency: hands-on experience using CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and analyzing performance.
