O que você vai fazer Lançamento dos pedidos dos clientes no sistema Fazer diariamente o acompanhamento dos materiais que estão sendo aguardados das importações e atualizar as datas de entrega previstas das Ordens de Venda. Abrir listas de separação Negociar com os clientes possíveis antecipações ou atrasos que possam ocorrer com a entrega. Coleta dos pedidos de portal de compras. Realizar o follow UP dos pedidos pendentes Dar suporte aos clientes dentro de sua área de atuação. Dar suporte aos vendedores dentro de sua área de atuação. Dar treinamento e suporte a novos colaboradores da área. Cumprir as normas e procedimentos ISO 9001, 14000 e EHS de acordo com os treinamentos aplicados periodicamente.
