Agile Practice Coordinator
Our organization is seeking an Agile Practice Coordinator to join our Product & Engineering environment. This role will support one to two Scrum teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
* The ideal candidate will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are highly valued.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar software platforms.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
