Job description
1, Support local sales team to grow revenue/ market share and develop new design-in/ design-win account or project from product line side.
2, Develop and lead the product promotion strategy in local region and implement it.
3, Complete regional market research, including competitor, vertical market and representative customer list, emerging market opportunity, output related market analysis reports.
4, Analyze customer demands and market trend, lead local custom product requirement analysis and product definition, keep the related portfolio best fit into the market.
5, Responsible for the promotion of new products to the market.
6, Prepare training materials, lead the local new product/new technology training for sales/FAE/distributors.
7, Assist and cooperate with CPM/FAE department on key customer support.
8, Cooperate with eco system partners and build partner relationships.
Required Education, Experience and Competencies:
1, Bachelor degree in communication, electronics, computer and other related majors, with at least 5 years work experience, including more than 3 years work experience in product manager
2, Relevant experience in mobile phones, tablet computers, cellular modules, and various cellular communication IOT devices is preferred
3, Project management and development experience is preferred
4, Strong market analysis and judgment ability, good communication and cooperation ability, and good user service consciousness
5, Strong learning ability, excellent innovation and Self-motivated, and good organization and planning skills
6, Adapt to frequent business trips
