IT Professionals with extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and administration are sought after to join a global team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multiple modules, including Employee Central and Reporting (EC), Recruitment Management (RCM), Compensation, Onboarding (ONB), and Workzone / Fiori / SAPUI5.
Key responsibilities include delivering functional and technical components of SAP SuccessFactors modules, documenting requirements, and translating business needs into solution design. Additionally, the successful candidate will configure systems, validate development, prepare test cases, and support the development team.
Requirements for this role include 15+ years of IT experience, 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, fluency in English, and experience supporting multi-country global rollouts.
