Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated IT Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, you will provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
You will install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
Serve as the IT expert who manages user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms.
Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.
