Senior Agile Transformation Lead

About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Scrum Master with a proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies, leading cross-functional teams, and coaching stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business outcomes, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement Agile transformation strategies that align with business objectives
* Lead cross-functional teams in adopting Agile methodologies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations
* Coach stakeholders, including team members, product owners, and senior leadership, on Agile principles and best practices
* Analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for process enhancements
* Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure data privacy and regulatory requirements are met
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation, learning, and growth within the organization
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams
* Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in Agile methodologies
* Promote and support the organization's digital marketing strategy and goals through Agile implementation
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in Scrum Master or related role, with a focus on Agile transformation
* Proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies, leading cross-functional teams, and coaching stakeholders
* Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and lean thinking
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
* Able to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
* Experience working with Azure DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based platforms
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
