* Motivate the team, provide career direction, hiring and dismissal process.
* Suggest and promote process improvements.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related areas or equivalent work experience.
* Experience with software development.
* Experience in a leadership role in software development projects.
* Ability to manage customer expectations while working with cross-functional teams to meet customer/product delivery goals.
* Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies.
* Drive team to innovate and deliver roadmap features with agility and high quality.
