Support Operations and logistics leadership in all aspects of the area's financial management, including presentations and analyses. Provide feedback and analysis of financial and operational performance to the leadership team, influence business decisions based on an understanding, analysis, and interpretation of financial and non-financial information, and be proactive and predictive. Continuously seek ways to drive improvements and lead cross-project cost reduction initiatives in alignment with other areas within Nidec Global Appliance in support of decision-making regarding major strategic and operational, and logistics initiatives. Assist Operations and logistics leaders in monitoring performance metrics throughout the month to correct issues and provide early warning to Corporate Finance about expected deviations from the Budget/Forecast.

* Develop and present financial KPIs at the Operations and Logistics Monthly Business Review (MBR);
* Monitor monthly closing performance, especially regarding outbound freight costs, and work with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies;
* Lead and support all the business areas for subjects about logistics costs and standardizations;
* Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting global logistics expenditures;
* Responsible for assisting logistics leaders in monitoring performance and driving improvements, bringing cost reductions.
Requisitos e qualificações
* Accounting, administration, and engineering degrees.
* Experience with cost allocation, specifically related to logistics costs, and adherence to SOPs.
* Understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation of reported values with SAP data.
* Experience in Logistics Controlling, including data analysis, cost reduction initiatives, and reporting.
* Strong understanding of logistics cost allocation principles and financial statements.
* Proficiency in SAP, Oracle (MM, WMS, SD, and PP modules are a plus).
* Knowledge of WCM methodology, particularly in relation to cost deployment.
* Analytical skills to identify discrepancies and provide insights into cost fluctuations.
* Minimum requirement: English fluency.
* Desirable: France and Italian.
