As Performance Marketing Lead, you will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Facebook Ads with a focus on delivering strong ROI.
* Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, TikTok, and Facebook.
* Manage ad budgets of $50,000+ per platform.
* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategy planning.
* Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
* Track and analyze performance data to make informed optimization decisions.
* Stay updated with PPC trends, tools, and platform algorithm updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* 3–5 years of hands-on PPC management experience.
* A proven track record of managing large ad budgets and delivering high ROAS.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
* Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, tracking pixels, attribution tools).
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
