We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a senior talent advisor. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality recruitment services.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition and client-facing experience. They will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team, analyzing operational data, and identifying trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the recruitment team.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
 * Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team.
 * Analyze operational data and identify trends.
 * Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals.
Required Qualifications:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 * Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams.
