A dynamic sales professional is needed to expand our client base remotely. Key responsibilities include business development, lead generation, and sales strategy execution.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Lead Generation
• Identify potential clients and industries to target.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns using email, phone calls, and social media.
• Schedule and conduct virtual discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Act as the main point of contact for prospective clients during the sales process.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handoff and excellent client onboarding experience.
4. Market Representation and Brand Promotion:
• Represent firm as a trusted partner for outsourced bookkeeping and tax services.
• Participate in virtual networking events and webinars to connect with potential clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
5. Reporting and Administration:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Stay up to date on industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role. Focus on professional services, accounting, or finance preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone or video call.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to research and identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies.
• Remote work experience: Previous success in a remote role, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and communication effectively without direct supervision.
• Comfortable leveraging digital tools such as Slack, Zoom, and marketing automation software to optimize sales efforts.
• CRM proficiency: Hands-on experience using CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and analyzing performance.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-starter: Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup.
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption.
