Senior IT Recruiter Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and presenting quality technology candidates to clients.
About the Role:
* Main Responsibilities:
* To apply technical evaluation skills to assess candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements.
* Develop strong relationships with clients, recruitment teams, and internal stakeholders.
* Create compelling job descriptions and post jobs on relevant platforms.
* Negotiate and coordinate contracts, terms, and conditions of employment.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting on activities and results.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience.
* 3+ years of direct headhunting experience for permanent and contract technology candidates.
* In-depth technical evaluation experience, with the ability to fully assess candidate technical skills.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with MS Word, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM/ATS systems.
* Working experience with U.S. or Canadian markets.
