About the Role

We are seeking a Founding Product Designer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the core product experience from day one and have direct influence over user experience and product decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. They will work closely with real users (doctors) to solve meaningful problems in patient care and set the design foundation for future hires and product scale-up.

Key Responsibilities
">
* Collaborate directly with clinicians to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals.
* Translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions.
* Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process – from research through prototyping.
* Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
* Build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries.
* Communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical founders and technical teams.

Requirements
">
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes.
* Advanced/fluent in English.
* Based in Brazil (CNPJ required).
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and iteration.
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc).
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
