- Support the customer journey, ensuring a positive experience with our products and services;
- Assist in customer relationship management through email, chat, phone calls, and meetings;
- Monitor customer engagement and support retention and experience improvement initiatives;
- Support the onboarding of new clients by helping present our platform and solutions;
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams;
- Assist in tracking Customer Success metrics and KPIs.Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organization and willingness to learn;
- Empathy and customer-focused mindset;
- Proactive profile and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Intermediate oradvanced English skills;
- Basic knowledgeof Excel and PowerPoint;
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace and Canva;
- Currently pursuing a degree (from the 3rd semester onward) in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.Nice to have:
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or customer relationship roles;
- Interest in digital products, fintechs, SaaS, or blockchain technology;
- Basic understanding of metrics such as NPS, churn, and product adoption;
- Familiarity with CRM and AI tools;
