Delivery Lead
We're seeking an experienced professional to oversee the execution of complex initiatives in an agile environment. This role will translate business priorities into actionable plans, drive clarity, and ensure high-quality delivery.
This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through completion
* Creation and management of delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partnership with engineering teams for work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira)
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Risk identification and mitigation, resolution of blockers, and plan adjustments as priorities evolve
* Facilitation of working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Support for prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continual improvement of delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Tracking and reporting on delivery progress using relevant metrics and tools
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus
