About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong track record of success in B2B and B2C environments. You'll be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Your Responsibilities
* Design and execute localized marketing strategies to attract doctors to underserved communities
* Develop and implement campaigns to build awareness and trust among patients
* Collaborate with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles and community needs
* Manage digital paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Create engaging content (bios, testimonials, practice spotlights, ads, video assets) with a focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establish and optimize marketing processes and systems for scalability
* Analyze and measure campaign performance using data (patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, etc.)

Requirements
* 5+ years of marketing experience
* Excellent English language skills (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B and B2C experience
* Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for healthcare or community building
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press/HTML, and analytics platforms
