Responsibilities
Lead all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients, driving growth in existing and new markets.
Plan, run and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google; explore new platforms and measure what moves the needle.
Build and refine email marketing flows, automate smart sequences, and analyze data to continuously improve performance.
Create compelling case studies, scout sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations.
Research new technologies, trends, and ways of working; test initiatives in one city and scale to other destinations.
Own the weekly newsletter and other content pipelines, ensuring consistent quality and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Analytical and structured thinker with a creative flair for copywriting.
Strong data‑driven mindset; comfortable with marketing automation and flow optimization.
Experience in B2C and B2B marketing, preferably with experience in travel or events.
Proven track record of testing, learning, and scaling marketing initiatives.
Excellent attention to detail, a fast mover, and a strong collaborator.
Comfortable working remotely with minimal internal meetings.
Compensation and HoursUSD 1,400 per month,25 hours a week, managed via Upwork.
