Core Responsibilities Take new project ideas from concept through research, planning, and requirements definition to successful execution Organize and prioritize initiatives across AI, SaaS, data science, and API development projects Develop internal team capabilities while identifying and sourcing external specialists for niche technical needs Assist with minor code issues and pull requests reviews related to maintaining deployed technologies and integrations Lead agile ceremonies and establish processes suited for experimental R&D work where failure is part of learning Bridge technical teams with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project value and feasibility Manage vendor relationships and evaluate external resources for specialized development needs Document learnings from both successful and unsuccessful experiments to inform future initiatives Coordinate resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects with varying technical requirements Technical Requirements 3+ years of combined product and project management experience in technical environments Experience managing AI/ML, SaaS, data science, or API development projects Strong understanding of agile methodologies with ability to adapt for research environments Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred) and modern development workflows Experience with technical vendor evaluation and management Understanding of API architecture, versioning, and maintenance requirements Ability to assess technical requirements and identify appropriate resources (internal or external) Experience with project management tools (Linear.app experience a plus) Comfortable working with Git/GitHub workflows and technical documentation Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems (HubSpot experience beneficial) Preferred Qualifications Background in software development, data science, or technical fields Experience managing projects in high-uncertainty research environments Track record of building and developing technical teams Experience with deployment platforms (Render, Fly.io) Understanding of SEO and digital marketing workflows Previous agency or consulting experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field Certifications in agile methodologies or project management Personal Qualities Resourceful problem-solver who knows how to find the right expertise for any challenge Comfortable with experimental environments where not every project succeeds Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication abilities across technical and non-technical audiences Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Curious mindset with genuine excitement about emerging technologies Collaborative approach to team development and knowledge sharing Pragmatic decision-maker who balances innovation with practical delivery Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Flexible, fully remote work environment Paid vacation and holidays Annual end-of-year break (Christmas to New Year’s) Professional development opportunities Latest development tools and hardware Location Fully remote position open to candidates in: Brazil United Kingdom Ireland Must be able to overlap with primary business hours in EST time zone.
