Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for owning overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building trusted advisor relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing positions within a rapidly growing startup. You will be expected to consistently prioritize customer satisfaction and success, while demonstrating a strong track record of high performance and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building relationships.
* Enable successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue, as well as identify and execute on new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Be a champion for our customers and work with internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights.
* Monitor client engagement and utilization of Conduit's services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients - ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
