The successful candidate will be responsible for client face and report, management of internal team and external suppliers, project execution, and ensuring quality and client satisfaction.Job DescriptionThe Event Project Manager will develop presentations in PowerPoint and Excel in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and conduct meetings with the team, vendors, and clients in the three languages. The role will also involve interacting with and ensuring information flow along the team and client, as well as overseeing onsite F&B operations on setup day and event day.RoleDevelop the F&B plan for all areas and needs of the event.Review and manage vendors' quotes.Manage internal MCI processes.Responsible for event operation plan, execution, and management with a F&B perspective.Organize and manage operations processes, including negotiations with vendors and managing deadlines and schedules.Utilize tools such as Planner and PowerPoint to control tasks and assure communication with the internal team.Bring suggestions and ideas to the project, respecting the standards that must be accomplished.Help build and organize information for site visits and events from an operational perspective.Job RequirementsExperience in Events Management, planning, and production, preferably in corporate events.Experience managing events in Expos/Pavilions.Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and PPT presentations.Knowledge of Food and Beverage plan, management, and execution for corporate events.Advanced English and Spanish language skills.Process-oriented, organized, and committed to schedules and deadlines.Some knowledge of planning tools, such as Planner.Ability to lead vendors' interaction and negotiation with a F&B perspective.Complementary InformationThe position offers a contract as PJ (salary + perks), with the possibility of working from home and attending meetings in the office.
