What You Will Do
Solve It All: Address technical issues, resolve partner requests, and optimize operations on the Insider One platform
Be a Partner Hero: Manage technical relationships, ensuring seamless support and success for partners
Communicate Like a Pro: Master communication and problem‑solving to deliver top‑tier experiences
Collaborate & Conquer: Work with Customer Success Managers to provide smooth, impactful solutions
Feedback Wizard: Gather insights from partners to help improve our product
Deliver Excellence: Meet SLAs with speedy response times and resolution skills
What You Will Need
Customer‑Facing Experience: 2+ years in B2B environments or a consulting firm
Account Management Expertise: Knowledge in e‑commerce or CRM systems
Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal English and Portuguese skills
Tech‑Savvy: Familiarity with Insider One tools? Big plus!
