Main Responsibilities
* Originating and Structuring Projects Map new project opportunities, markets, and clusters. Perform initial triages, evaluating technical, regulatory, and commercial viability;
* Structuring Viability Analysis Critically, organized, and consistently evaluate feasibility;
* Licencing and Regulation Management Follow licencing, authorizations, and opinions processes. Interact with regulatory areas to ensure technical alignment and deadlines;
* Anticipate Risks and Suggest Preventive Paths;
* Coordination and Mobilization of the Network Engage internal areas (regulation, law, engineering, energy, market) to unblock topics;
* Ensure Clarity on What Each Area Needs to Deliver and When;
* Maintain Simple, Direct, and Structured Communication to Avoid Redundant Work;
* Prepare Decision-Making Materials Elaborate presentations, notes, and executive analyses for committees;
* Synthesize Complex Information Clearly, Logically, and Oriented Towards Decision-Making;
* Highlight Risks, Options, Premises, and Recommendations;
Job Requirements
* Completed Engineering Degree;
* 1-3 years in renewable energy project development;
* Knowledge in access processes (ONS/ANEEL), sectoral norms, land, environmental licensing, contracts, and resource analysis;
* Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI;
* English: Fluent;
Differential Knowledge:
Programming, MS Project, additional GIS/QGIS knowledge
