Responsibilities
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Independently develops and maintains reports using tools such asSAP BusinessObjects,Microsoft Power BI, andExcel VBA.
Conductsdata validationandquality assuranceto ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
Leverages data analytics to uncoverbusiness insightsand identifyopportunities for improvement.
Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders acrossvalue stream teams,engineering,sales,supply chain,finance,R&D,IT, andglobal management, including teams in Costa Rica.
Promotes acontinuous improvement mindset, working with leadership to drivedata-led improvement initiatives.
Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in programmingat an intermediate to advanced level is required, along with hands-on experience in Power BI and DAX. Familiarity with SAP Business Objects is a strong asset. Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable systems is also beneficial.
Knowledge of programming languagessuch as Python, C, VBA, Java, SQL, or similar is considered an advantage.
Strong analytical skillswith the ability to quickly understand new business processes, identify key information flows, and uncover opportunities for improvement through solution development and implementation.
Commitment to continuous learning, staying current with the latest process innovations and IT advancements to support system automation and modernization.
Leadership in process optimization, including conducting ongoing reviews of business operations and formulating strategies for improvement.
Foundational project management knowledgeis expected; PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define supply chain business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables align with functional requirements, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Strong foundational skills in analytical and conceptual thinking, enabling effective problem-solving and strategic planning.
Proven ability to develop and implement solutions, with a consistent track record of delivering on commitments.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
Effective verbal and written communication in English is required.
Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of previous employment and educational credentials.
