Technical Support Specialist
The ideal candidate will provide expert technical assistance to clients, ensuring seamless operation of their IT environments.
Key responsibilities include delivering first- and second-line support via email and remote tools, diagnosing and resolving complex issues involving Office 365, Salesforce, and other business applications.
The successful candidate will possess fluency in English, knowledge of an additional language, and experience in Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with strong proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Office 365.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* 2+ years of experience in an MSP environment
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar ticketing platforms
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
