For more information, visit www.solenis.com.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Warewash & Laundry Solutions Expert to drive growth and support our distribution partners through technical expertise, training, and consultative selling in warewash and laundry segments. Water treatment knowledge is a plus to provide comprehensive solutions.This role involves collaborating with internal sales and external distributors to expand market share and ensure customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical expert for warewash and laundry programs in the western region.Provide support, training, and troubleshooting to partners and end-users.Develop and implement growth strategies with sales teams.Conduct site evaluations and product demos to recommend solutions.Support new product launches through education and implementation.Gather market feedback for product improvement.Assist with water treatment system assessments when applicable.Maintain records of activities and opportunities.Represent Solenis at trade shows and industry events.Maintain a strong Salesforce pipeline to meet growth targets.Qualifications5+ years in warewash and/or laundry chemical programs, preferably in manufacturing or distribution support.Technical knowledge of dispensing systems, application methods, and standards.Experience working with distribution channels and B2B sales.Water treatment knowledge is highly desirable.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to train diverse audiences.Strong problem-solving skills and independence.Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally.Preferred SkillsCertifications in laundry, warewash, sanitation, or water treatment.Experience with institutional or industrial cleaning programs.CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).What We OfferComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.We value candidates with diverse experiences and encourage you to apply if you believe you can bring value to this role.Solenis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
