Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing optimal solutions for customers using Kronos technology.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in complex environments and deliver projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Consultative Support: Provide consultative support to customers and internal teams to identify and implement optimal solutions.Project Delivery: Deliver projects aligned with Kronos implementation methodologies, ensuring timely completion and meeting project milestones.Solution Design: Design solutions that best fit customer requirements while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities.Collaboration: Work closely with offshore technical teams to build solutions and train core users.User Acceptance Testing: Manage customer user acceptance tests and ensure alignment with project milestones.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: In Computer Sciences or a related field.Kronos Experience: Mandatory experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management.Language Skills: Advanced English language skills (B2-C1 level).Skill Requirements: Prior experience in requirement gathering and solution design, as well as supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT is preferred.Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated track record of delivering quality, on-time technology and business solutions to diverse customer bases. Solid interpersonal skills to interface with coworkers and customers.Task Management: Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
